Festive Delivery DATES

Last order dates:

USA / Europe: Please contact us for last minute Christmas delivery.

UK: Monday 23rd December until 1pm GMT (next day delivery).

London Delivery: Tuesday 24th December until 1pm GMT.
London Click and Collect: same day until 4pm GMT.

Where does loquet london deliver to?

We offer tracked and signed for DHL Express delivery all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid). This means the recipient will not be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK.

What is your lead time for delivery?

UK - Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped on the same day Monday to Friday*.
Rest of world - Orders will be shipped within 24hours Monday-Friday*.

*Only valid for items in stock.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date and for in stock products only.

Do some products have additional lead times?

Loquet bespoke orders take 4 - 6 weeks once the design has been approved by the customer. Pre-order items may have additional lead time.For exact delivery dates on bespoke & pre-ordered items please contact customercare@loquetlondon.com

How is my order being packaged?


Loquet London is the perfect place to buy someone a present. Orders placed on our website are beautifully hand wrapped in our signature gift wrapping in our London Studio. Our signature packaging includes a branded box and tissue paper.
All our charms are packed in one single box; if you require charms to be packed individually, please contact our customer care team at customercare@loquetlondon.com.

Do I have to pay local taxes?

No. The total amount you will pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Do you offer click and collect service?

Yes, we offer free Click and collect service in our London store (73 Elizabeth Street, London, SW1W 9PJ) Opening hours are:

How will i know when my click and collect order is ready?

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Please arrange to collect your order only once you have received your collection email.

What do i need to bring to collect my click and collect order from the store?

To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email.
