Where does Loquet deliver to?

We offer tracked and signed for DHL Express delivery all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid). This means the recipient will not be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK.

What is your lead time for delivery?

Most orders in the UK are next day delivery and from 2 to 5 days for the rest of the world.

The UK DHL next day service delivers Monday to Friday only. Charms and lockets ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday and items ordered after 3pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, for next-day delivery on Tuesday.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date and for in stock products only.

Once you create an account, you’ll start collecting points from activities like referring a friend, placing an order and joining our social community. As your points grow, you will move up through the levels. Once you have enough points to be upgraded, you’ll stay in that level for at least a year and have points to redeem against your upcoming orders.

Do you have an extended Christmas return policy?

 We have extended our return policy for the holiday season. 

Any order placed from the 1st November can be returned up until 10th of January 2025.

Can I return or exchange my online order?

You can return or exchange our standard full price products in our London store or send back any item that are not meeting your expectations.
We will endeavour to do all we can to help make the process as easy as possible for you.

All you need to do is contact us via email customercare@loquetlondon.com, within 14 days after your delivery date, to obtain instructions on how to send us your order back. The item must be in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice (received by email at the time of the purchase), and you must receive a Return Authorisation number.
We will not accept your return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way, and if you do not have a Return Authorisation.
UK returns are free of charge.
Once the goods have been received you will be sent a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.

Are made-to-order items refundable?

Made-to-order items are non-returnable, as they are crafted specifically to your unique specifications. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

SALE items are returnable and exchangeable within 14 days after your delivery date. Please refer to the question “Can I return or exchange my online order?” for all the information.

Can I return bespoke items?

Loquet London does not accept returns for any item that is made to order, including but not limited to bespoke charms, lockets and chain.
In addition, this includes styles to which engraving, or bespoke messages are added.Loquet is not responsible for any personal items that are added to our lockets after point of sale.

Can I return an item gifted to me?

Yes, you can. Please note that the refunded amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
You can also exchange your item in store or online.
